Learn a New Language with Mango Languages
"Mango Languages" is a learning resource that offers courses in over 70 languages. Structured lessons allow you to practice conversation-based lessons with culture and grammar notes in the lessons providing context. You can practice pronunciation by recording your voice and aligning it with a native speaker. Additionally, you can pick what lessons to take depending on the context of the conversations, including romance, business, legal, medical, and text talk.
To access this database, create an account with your AMU email credentials or use it as a guest. Search the Canizaro Library databases under the alphabetical "M" tab.

Food for a Friend
On Fridays during lent, The Mother Teresa Project would like to invite you to donate your meal to families in need in Immokalee. If you would like to participate, simply tell the cashier in the dining hall that you would like to donate your meal, and then swipe your card. This can be done as many or as few times as you would like. Last year, students donated 200 meals that were later delivered door to door to families living in Campo Rojo, an impoverished community in Immokalee, and to residents living in a nursing home.
